Description

The De Buyer Roll of Unbleached Non-Stick Baking Paper is silicone coated on both sides, allowing you to use either side without worry. The silicone coating provides excellent non-stick properties and makes the paper resistant to both high and low temperatures. It's disposable for maximum hygiene, but you can also reuse it after oven cooking at low temperatures, like when baking meringues (just remember to hand wash it). Avoid exposing it to heat when empty on a tray, and do not heat it above 220°C.
