Not recommended for scrambled eggs, it's ideal for setting eggs and omelets. To protect against oxidation, the pan has an organic beeswax finish which also enhances the non-stick quality. Made of iron, a 100% natural mineral material, the pan is free from PTFE and PFOA. Compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction.
