It features a cold riveted handle in cast stainless steel with a French-style curvature for comfortable and ergonomic use and a modern design. It also has a special induction base. To care for the copper, use a polishing paste, and for the stainless steel, wash by hand. It is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
