Made of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent thermal conductivity for perfect control and even heating. The interior stainless steel is food-grade and easy to care for, and its low proportion of 10% does not alter the copper's properties. It features two riveted handles in cast stainless steel for easy handling and has a special induction base for universal compatibility. The base also has an identification code engraved. To care for the copper, use a polishing paste, and for the stainless steel, wash by hand. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
