The Cook Help Vegetable Turning Slicer is perfect for cutting vegetables into strings and strands. To use it, simply place a vegetable like zucchini, carrot, or cucumber onto the slicer and secure it with the prongs on the underside of the arm. By turning the handle, the vegetable is pushed against the blade, creating long, spiral-shaped strands that fall onto the base or into a bowl placed underneath. This slicer comes with three interchangeable blades: a fine blade (1 mm), a medium blade (2.5 mm), and a coarse blade (4 mm). The fine blade is great for making garnishes, the medium blade makes uniform stir-fry pieces, while the coarse blade makes chunky cuts of vegetables.
