Description

The Chiba Electric Vegetable Slicer (Electric Tsumakirikun) makes garnishes with speed and ease. The blade bench features 1.0 mm and 2.5 mm comb blades, which can be easily removed for cleanup after use. The motor can be detached too, so the entire machine can be washed thoroughly. To use the machine, simply secure the vegetable (like radish) between the two ends. Switch on the motor, then hold onto the handles on both sides while guiding the vegetable towards the blade. Not only is this slicer great for making garnishes, but it can also be used to prepare different dishes such as salads, dried daikon, namasu, and potato baskets.
