This EconoTemp Thermocouple combo pack includes a DuraNeedle probe, which has a rugged shaft that works well with both dense meat products and soft foods or liquids, and a bracket for wall mounting. The main unit features the slim, ergonomic design and molded protective rubber boot of the EconoTemp line, with an in-unit temperature range of -40°F to 500°F and a type K jack that accepts other type K thermocouple probes besides the included one. This thermocouple also has a 10-minute auto shutoff ability that conserves battery life.
