The Mastrad multi slicer mandoline comes with a set of five stainless steel blades for cutting, grating, thinly slicing, chip cutting and julienning. Use them interchangeably according to your need. Food slicer is made of premium quality high resistant ABS material and blades are made of stainless steel for a convenient slicing experience. For maximum safety, it has a food holder so you would not get accidentally cut while slicing. Cutting thickness may be adjusted between 3-7 mm with a thumb wheel; julienne or chips will come out with the other wheel. After use, just wash the food slicer and blades with water and it is ready for another use. You can easily fold its feet which provides a convenient and space saving storing experience.
