The San Jamar Mini Dome® Garnish Center provides an ideal solution for holding garnishes, condiments, and toppings in spaces with limited counter space. Suitable for bar and beverage stations, both front-of-the-house and behind the bar applications. The patented domed-lid rotates back for easy access and allows increased capacity when closed. NSF-certified and completely dishwasher safe, this center features 2 standard 1-pint trays (BD101), leaving room for ice or EZ-Chill™ re-freezable ice packs (B6180) to keep garnishes chilled. Tray inserts can be pre-filled and stored in a cooler until needed.
