The Solis Vacuum Roll helps you to store freshly bought or opened food as well as leftovers every day. Its size makes it suitable for use with Solis vacuum sealers. All you need to do is to cut the foil to the desired length, seal one end to make a bag of it, fill the bag with the desired food and vacuum-seal it. Channels on both sides of the foil allow air to be extracted completely. The three-layered film with a thickness of 110 μm reliably prevents moisture and oxygen from entering and makes the bags suitable for sous-vide cooking (< 100 ºC), for microwaves (< 100 ºC), for boiling water (< 4 hours) and for storage in the freezer without the risk of freezer burn (> -20 ºC). In contrast to vacuum-seal bags, rolls allow you to cut and seal individually sized bags to limit the use of plastic exactly to your needs. To reduce the use of plastic even more, the durable material makes these bags suitable for reuse after thorough cleaning. All Solis vacuum-seal rolls and bags are made of food-save, BPA-free material for guaranteed safety and quality. Tested and approved in Switzerland by SQTS, only genuine with the Solis logo on the foil.
