The Zyliss Folding Mandoline offers the same slicing power as a regular mandolin but folds in half when not in use, saving space. It lets you adjust the thickness of slices from 1 to 6 millimeters with a simple dial. You can also turn the dial further to get vertical blades for cutting thin strips (julienne cuts) without extra attachments. This mandolin includes a finger protector that shields your hand while slicing, and the pins in the guardian keep the vegetable firmly in place. After use, simply wash the components and fold the legs inwards for compact storage.
