After drying, the bowl can be used to serve salad at the table. The patented AquaVent basket has a unique design that gently tosses greens around the bowl when spinning to maximize air circulation and water removal, removing more water than traditional spinners. It holds 4-6 salad servings and is dishwasher safe.
