Use the Sparta Grill Pad Holder with both a grill screen and grill polishing pad for a complete grill maintenance system. To begin, scrape the hot or cold griddle or grill with a spatula to remove food residue. If the griddle is hot, allow it to cool below 212°F. Place a griddle screen on the griddle, and a griddle polishing pad on top of the screen, then position the pad holder on the pad to start cleaning. Dress the griddle with cooking oil to protect the grill cure and remove excess cooked-on foods.
