It has a safety switch that stops the machine when the drawer or lever is opened, a stainless steel and sanitary cast aluminium build with antimicrobial paint, and a waterproof on/off switch. The average output is 50 kg per hour, and its food-safe plastic drawer (BPA-free) has a capacity of 800 g. The powerful, yet quiet, asynchronous motor ensures efficient operation, while all removable parts can be easily cleaned in a dishwasher or with hot soapy water. The appliance comes with one standard disc (3 mm holes).
