Cook omelets and frittatas with ease in the Nordic Ware Italian Frittata/Omelet Pan. Its unique hinged design allows for mess-free creativity on the stovetop or in the oven. Made from quality formed aluminum and featuring a super-slick, nonstick ceramic surface free from PFAS, this pan is easy to use and a breeze to clean. To make frittatas, sauté your fillings in the top half of the pan, then pour beaten eggs into the handle half and cook for two minutes until the eggs begin to set. Close the lid to combine the fillings with the eggs, flip the pan, and cook for another two minutes. Open the lid, sprinkle the frittata with cheese, close it again, and cook until golden brown. For omelets, pour beaten eggs into both halves of the pan; when they begin to set, add fillings to the handle half, close the lid to fold the omelet, and remove it from heat to finish cooking.
