This bundle includes one Prism half sheet and Prism quarter sheet. They work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and traditional methods using butter or shortening and flour. When roasting savory foods like vegetables, butter or cooking oil work great. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration may occur due to the cleaning agents in automatic dishwasher detergent.
