The Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt Pan features Nordic Ware's iconic original Bundt design. With a narrow base, straight sides, and extra-large center tube, this cast aluminum pan is ideal for 10-15 cup Bundt mixes and recipes. The alternating vertical flutings make slicing and serving easy and clean, while its built-in handles simplify lifting and unmolding. Before each use, brush the pan with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour. Mixes and recipes may vary, so fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
