The Nordic Ware Original Sparkling Silver Bundt Pan is made of cast aluminum, ensuring excellent heat conduction for even baking. Before each use, brush the pan with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use a baking spray that contains flour. As mixes and recipes may vary, fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
