The Nordic Ware ProForm Anniversary Bundt Pan with Handles is a lightweight, formed aluminum version of Nordic Ware's famous cast aluminum pan. Its nonstick surface, made without PFOA, ensures easy release and effortless cleanup. Before each use, brush the pan with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray that contains flour. As mixes and recipes may vary, fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
