The Nordic Ware 6-Cup Anniversary Bundt Pan shares all the attributes of Nordic Ware's standard size pan but creates a smaller version for when you're not serving a crowd or want to present a sweet gift from the kitchen. This cast aluminum pan fits both countertop and standard ovens. Before each use, brush it with butter or shortening and dust it with flour or cocoa to coat. You can also use baking spray that contains flour, but avoid regular cooking spray. Since mixes and recipes may vary, fill the pan no more than ¾ full to prevent overflow.
