This easy-to-use microwave cooker takes the fuss out of poaching eggs. Use the Nordic Ware 2-Cavity Egg Poacher to make perfectly cooked poached eggs that are ideal on toasted English muffins, over hash, or with potato pancakes for a quick meal. Made from BPA-free and melamine-free plastic, dishwasher use is not recommended. To use the egg poacher, crack one egg into each cup, pierce the yolk with a fork, and add ½ teaspoon of water to each cup (or to an empty cup if cooking just one egg). Cook for 30-45 seconds for one egg or 45-60 seconds for two eggs, though cooking times may vary based on your microwave. Let the eggs stand for 30 seconds before removing.
