Whether served plain, with warm ganache, or drizzled with frosting, the Nordic Ware Heritage Bundtlette Pan is nothing short of spectacular. Before each use, simply brush the pan with butter or shortening and dust it with flour or cocoa to coat. You can also use baking spray with flour, but avoid regular cooking spray. This pan is made of cast aluminium.
