The Solis Zip Vacuum Bags work with all Solis vacuum sealers equipped with a hose connection and suction hose. Its size is perfect for vacuum-packing food such as pre-portioned lasagna and vegetables. All you need to do is to fill the bag with the desired food, close and vacuum-seal it. Channels on both sides of the foil allow air to be extracted completely. The three-layered film with a thickness of 150 - 170 μm reliably prevents moisture and oxygen from entering and makes the bags suitable for sous-vide cooking (< 100 ºC), for microwaves (< 100 ºC), for boiling water (< 4 hours) and for storage in the freezer without the risk of freezer burn (> -20 ºC). These vacuum zipper bags are designed for reuse as these can be re-closed over and over again and hygienically cleaned in the dishwasher. The vacuum-sealing process takes place by use of a suction hose that can be attached to the bag's air valve to extract air. All Solis vacuum-seal rolls and bags are made of food-save, BPA-free material for guaranteed safety and quality. Tested and approved in Switzerland by SQTS, only genuine with the Solis logo on the foil.
