The Nordic Ware Petite Popover Pan is a bite-sized version of a classic pan. It makes 12 popovers at a time and is also ideal for baking English Yorkshire Pudding. Made from cast aluminum, this pan is designed to allow maximum airflow for popovers to reach their full height. For use and care, hand wash with warm, soapy water before initial use and after each subsequent use, avoiding extended soaking. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use a baking spray containing flour, but avoid regular cooking spray. Fill the pan no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflow, and refrain from using metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on the non-stick surface to maintain its quality.
