The Boska Roquefort® Black Cheese Cutter is designed to cut larger quantities of soft cheeses like Roquefort and Le Délice de Bourgogne into wedges. It also cuts Roche Baron, Camembert, Brie, Gorgonzola, Port Salut, and Stilton into equal wedges without any cheese loss. The Roquefort® is equipped with a spring system for quick slicing. It also comes with two colour-coded cutting boards, so you can use different boards for different types of cheese and prevent cross-contamination. A specially designed gutter drains away the moisture released when cutting. This cheese slicer comes with two cutting wires that are strong enough to last for a very long time. The cutting boards are dishwasher-safe.
