Ideal for catering events and buffets, the Safico Electric Heater/Element is designed to be used with the rectangular chafing dish CD-151 to maintain food temperatures between 85°C and 120°C, so your dishes can stay warm and ready to serve. As a safety feature, the heater temperature is maintained within the range of 85 - 120°C when in use. Upon reaching the maximum temperature of 120°C, the heater will commence cooling to 85°C before rising again to 120°C, ensuring constant heat transfer while preventing overheating.
