Made from Exopan fine steel, it combines the cooking quality of tinplate with the convenience of a non-stick surface. Cleaning is effortless—simply hand-wipe the mold inside and out with hot water, a degreasing product, and a soft cloth. Exopan steel should be shielded from humidity. It is temperature resistant from -20 to 450°F (-28.9 to 232.2°C).
