The Safico Pro 80 Micron Smooth Cooking Bags are designed for chamber vacuum machines and made from BPA, lead and Phthalate-free materials. They provide excellent protection against oxygen and water vapour, making them ideal for sous vide cooking of solid, delicate, and liquid foods. Resistant to heat, perforation, blast chilling, and regeneration processes, they ensure reliable performance. Temperature range: -40°C to 121°C (>100°C max 2 hrs, >121°C max 1 hr). Packaged conveniently with 100 bags per pack and 10 packs per carton.
