Installation Lead Time: Installation will take approximately 1–2 weeks. CUCKOO will contact the customer directly by phone to arrange the installation appointment. Care Service Package (CCSP): CUCKOO will provide complimentary service coverage under the CCSP for the first year. Thereafter, customers will be contacted directly by CUCKOO regarding renewal of their service package. Any recurring service package payments will be managed and collected by CUCKOO. Service package fees are charged on an annual basis, with maintenance services scheduled 3 times per year — once every 4 months.
