The APS Top Fresh Rectangle Chilled Display is designed for attractive and temperature-controlled presentation of cold foods in buffets, catering setups and foodservice environments. It consists of a white acrylic base, GN 1/1 stainless steel tray and two ice packs to help keep food chilled during service. Suitable for displaying cold cuts, cheeses, desserts, fruits and other chilled items.
