Description

The LAVA Cast Iron Rectangular Skillet is designed for cooking for 1-2 people. It features a reversible design with grill bars on one side for grilling and a smooth, flat griddle surface on the other. The grooved grill bars effectively channel fats and oils away from the food, ensuring healthier cooking and creating perfect char marks. This dual-sided hot plate is equipped with large integral handles for easy and secure movement from the stovetop to the oven, facilitating finishing or broiling. It is made of enamelled cast iron using a 1-coat, 1-fire process, and it comes with a beechwood service platter for serving and presentation. The hot plate has a substantial bottom thickness of 7 mm and edges that are 16 mm thick. It weighs 3.54 kg
