Capable of withstanding a wide range of moisture and temperature conditions, it is an ideal choice for long-term professional use. The box is both durable and lightweight, offering excellent insulation attributes with high thermal stability, spanning from -40°C up to +120°C. This allows for the safe transportation of hot, cold, and fresh food. The large carrying handles facilitate the transport of heavy loads, while interior recessed grips on both narrow sides make loading and unloading easy. The box can be used with other accessories such as a cooling top (10283) or a cool pack. It is available in 2 different heights, catering to various needs in gastronomy and catering. It is dishwasher-proof.
