Description

The Edlund DFG-160 Digital Portion Control Scale boasts a plastic body with a removable stainless steel platform measuring 6" x 6 ¾". It can be operated using a 9-volt battery, allowing for portable use. It has a low battery indicator and its power jack plug protects against corrosion when using batteries. The scale can also be powered by plugging into a socket using the included UL/CUL/CE approved dual voltage AC power supply. Users can select between ounce, fractional ounce, and gram measurements. Other features include an automatic shut-off function, a large LCD display for easy reading, and it is field recalibratable, with a capacity of 5kg/1g.
