The Schneider Non-Stick Loaf Cake Mould is made from steel sheet with a silicone coating, ensuring exceptional non-stick properties. It features wear resistance thanks to its special coating containing ceramic particles. This mould boasts professional-grade quality, outstanding thermal conductivity, acid-resistance, and it facilitates intense and uniform browning. The mould requires buttering before use (avoid using oil). Allow the cake to cool for 5–10 minutes before removal. To preserve its quality, refrain from using pointed utensils, clean with a damp cloth, mild detergent, and hot water (not dishwasher safe). Suitable for use up to 200°C, it is not compatible with wood-fired ovens or freezers. To prevent damage, ensure protection between moulds before stacking.
