The De Buyer Elastomoule Silicone Tray 20-Portion Mini Rectangular Cakes Mould features sharp edges, making it ideal for creating traditional mini cakes, petit fours, biscuits, and other miniature preparations. Made from high-quality silicone foam infused with metal powder, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +300°C, ensuring excellent conductivity of the mould, resulting in better caramelization and perfectly uniform cooking. The smooth inner surface offers natural non-stick properties and easy release of baked goods. Before the first use, it's recommended to grease the mould. Suitable for baking in the oven or bain-marie, it should not be heated empty, broiled, or microwaved. Avoid using sharp objects on the tray.
