The grooved plate ensures better sliding of food, and the julienne blade stand is integrated into the frame for convenience. The mandoline features a composite carriage and round pusher made of brushed stainless steel, equipped with a rotation control system for easy and smooth cutting of cubes and lozenges. Made of stainless steel and composite polymers, it has a sleek brushed satin stainless steel look. This mandoline can create smooth or wavy round slices, julienne cuts of 2, 4, 7, or 10 mm, waffle cuts, cubes, and lozenges, with a maximum slice thickness of 10 mm. The blades should be washed by hand, while the frame is dishwasher-safe.
