The De Buyer Viper Mandoline, designed with an integrated horizontal V-shaped blade, is great at cutting all fruits and vegetables, even the softest ones. It boasts an ergonomic protective pusher with rotation control to guide cube and lozenge cuts, and features a built-in cubing system. The thickness can be quickly adjusted from 1 to 8mm. The frame securely holds fruits and vegetables and features anti-slip folding legs for stability during use. The included storage box houses an adjustable slicing plate (1 to 8 mm) for creating slices, round slices, julienne cuts (4 and 10 mm), cubes, and lozenges. 2 julienne blade plates (4 mm and 10 mm) are included. For cleaning, wash the frame and julienne plates by hand, while the slicing plate is dishwasher-safe.
