Perfect for thick preparations like creams, mousses, and choux pastry, the syringe is simple to use – just apply pressure on the neck to dispense. It features a knob with graduations (cl and oz.) to accurately regulate the amount dispensed, and a 0.75L graduated transparent container (cl and oz.) for easy filling. The flexible syringe system adjusts to the amount of filling, stopping the flow between pressures for mess-free operation. The lids have a "¼ turn" locking mechanism for quick and secure assembly. The set also comes with a special shortbread biscuits kit, including 2 plain lids, a disc holder lid, and 13 removable decorating discs for making original shortbreads and choux pastry.
