Stainless steel fluted tuile mould used for cold forming chocolate tuiles. Can be used for hot work with a thin baking sheet or thin baking paper. Even fluting for uniform tuiles with the same curvature. The mould is resistant to low temperatures and humidity. Robust: a mould which provides high resistance to deformation. Hygienic: rounded angle for easy cleaning. Care: dishwasher-safe.
