The De Buyer Non Stick Baking Sheet features a PTFE-coated non-stick glass fiber that is both economical and reusable up to 200 times. It is non-stick on both sides, making removal of pastries or molds easy. Its very fine thickness doesn't affect heat diffusion or transmission. Since it is flexible, it can fit all sizes and shapes of baking pans, and it can be easily cut with scissors to adjust to any mold shape. Withstanding temperatures from -170°C to +260°C, it is sturdy and durable. For maintenance, wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge and dry thoroughly before storing. It should be replaced when the non-stick layer begin to fade.
