Made of iron, the tray withstands high temperatures, promotes juice caramelization and even heat distribution, resulting in golden and crusty pastries. It's an extremely robust tray that remains perfectly flat. For best results, use it with a mat or baking paper and grease it well before use. Avoid using it with cold ingredients.
