Made of non-coated hard aluminum, the De Buyer Baking Tray With 90° Rim has excellent transmission of both cold and heat. It is ideal for baking tarts, Viennese pastries, tuiles, langues de chat biscuits, as well as roasting nuts. It can also be used as an underlying support for rings and frames during cold or hot forming. This 1.5mm thick, lightweight, and very strong tray is easy to handle. For best results, use it with baking paper or a silicone mat. Do not heat the tray when empty or overheat it. Hand wash only.
