With 10mm diameter holes strategically designed to optimize cold or hot air circulation, this tray enables rapid and uniform cooking. Its coating is ultra-resistant, so it is exceptionally non-stick, making pastry removal easy without the need for baking paper. Avoid heating the tray empty, overheating, or exposing it to temperature shocks. Metal objects should not be used in the pan. For cleaning, hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher-safe.
