It can be used both cold and hot, with or without rings and frames. Featuring an ultra-resistant coating that is exceptionally durable and non-stick, it ensures easy mold release of even the most delicate baked pastries without the need for baking paper. This tray is light, sturdy, resists deformation, and easy to handle. Do not heat the tray empty, overheat it, subject it to temperature shocks, or use metal objects in the tray.
