Featuring a high-end 5-layer coating, this pan offers optimal slip and professional-quality resistance for heavy use. Its riveted epoxy-coated iron handle is resistant to high temperatures and designed with French-style curving for simple grip and easy handling. Avoid heating it on its own or overheating, and refrain from using metal objects in the cookware. To clean, wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher safe.
