The reinforced bottom, being the most crucial heated surface, is smooth and flat. Its high-end 5-layer coating ensures optimal slip and professional-quality resistance for heavy use. The riveted epoxy-coated iron handle is resistant to high temperatures, and designed with French-style curving for a simple grip and easy handling. Avoid heating it on its own or overheating, and refrain from using metal objects in the cookware. To clean, wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher-safe. The pan is suitable for all cooktops except induction.
