Made from unbreakable forged aluminum (4mm) with an induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel bottom, it boasts an ultra-resistant inner and outer black coating for extreme durability and high heat resistance. The riveted handle, curved in a French style and wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts finished with beeswax, is robust, easy to hold, and won't get too hot when the heat is on. Avoid heating when the pan is empty or overheating it, and refrain from subjecting it to temperature shocks and using metal utensils. To clean, wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Suitable for all heat sources.
