Rapidly dissolving caramelized, baked-on, and cooked-on grease deposits, it effectively cleans food preparation surfaces. This multi-purpose degreaser is suitable for various non-porous hard surfaces. The application is simple: fill a spray bottle with the Restaurant Essentials Degreaser, apply it onto the surface to be cleaned, ensuring a surface temperature between 35-60°C ideally.
