Through hardening, tempering, grinding, sharpening, and additional processes, the blade attains a hardness of at least HRC 56. The hand-honed razor-sharp edge ensures long-lasting sharpness, excellent edge retention, easy maintenance, and quick re-sharpening. Forged from a single piece of steel, the bolstered blade offers high stability. The handle, attached to the stainless steel with a 100% seal, is made of Santoprene for a non-slip ergonomic grip.
