The Atlantic Chef Forged Santoprene Handle Curved Carving Fork is made from German steel 1.4116, which includes carbon, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, and other elements. Through hardening, tempering, grinding, sharpening, and additional processes, the fork attains a hardness of at least HRC 56. The hand-honed razor-sharp tines ensures long-lasting sharpness. Forged from a single piece of steel, the bolstered blade offers high stability. The handle, attached to the stainless steel with a 100% seal, is made of Santoprene for a non-slip ergonomic grip. This fork features curved prongs that securely hold the meat in place while you slice with a carving knife (1201F57), preventing sliPolypropyleneing and ensuring even, clean cuts. The curved design also makes it easier to lift and transfer slices of meat or poultry from a carving board to a serving platter.
